What is a DOULA? A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

  My purpose is to be there for mothers and families to provide compassionate comfort for our birthing mothers. Since a child I have been in love with the whole process of birth and it would be an honor to help every woman to feel safe, confident and comfortable enough to have the most beautiful birth that she desires.

It is my job as your doula to provide a safe and knowledgeable experience before during and shortly after birth.

I am a doula in training with Birth Arts International located in Lancaster Virginia and I also serve the surrounding areas.  I would love to meet with all mothers to be so that I can help your births be everything you want them to be.
